A baker's bakery
A baker's bakery, on the village square.
Alexandre Laumain, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and World Champion in Boulangerie, opens his bakery at 12 Place du Monument in April 2027.
Traditional and specialty breads with a strong nutritional identity, pure butter viennoiseries, coffee, and a quiet place to sit.
Nothing here competes with the bread. Stone, wood, light, and the smell of the oven are decoration enough.
Alexandre Laumain

Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Awarded at the Sorbonne, Paris.
Winner of the 4th Mondial du Pain in 2023, the same year as his MOF.
International trainer, competition judge, and lifelong student of fermentation.
Honest ingredients. Mastered technique.
I do work a lot on the nutritional part of bread. I want to have a place where you can rest and feel comfortable.
