Baking classes

Bake with Alexandre.

Four hours in the fournil with a Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Eight guests at most.

Learn the craft from the hands that mastered it.

Each class is small on purpose. Around one table, with no more than eight guests, Alexandre shows the gestures that took him to the MOF collar and the world title: how to read a dough, how to shape it, and when to leave it alone.

You work with your own hands from start to finish, and you leave with everything you bake.
